How much does it cost?
Our prices are the same for each client that signs up...there are no discount blocks.
Price: €75 per session (45min-60min).
Minimum Commitment: 3 months
I do not provide pay as you go sessions, or one-off sessions. To get results that are long-lasting, a commitment of 3 months is necessary. After the first initial training session (which must be paid on the day, before the session begins), if you are happy to continue then the remainder of the fee must be paid in full on the second session.
Q: How many 'At-Home 1-1 Personal Training' sessions should I do per week?
A: I recommend 2-4 sessions per week initially, then as you get more confident to reduce the sessions to 1-2 per week. From there, potentially joining the 'Private Custom Online Coaching' (click for details) for continued support and accountability.
After the initial application, we then set up a consultation call to see if we're a good fit and this gives you a chance to ask any further questions.
Q: Do I need any fitness equipment?
A: No. I will bring kettlebells, resistance bands along.
Q: If I want to buy my own equipment to do some extra workouts on my own, what do you recommend?
A: This can vary, depending upon your goals, space and cost. I would initially recommend a selection of kettlebells (6kg x1, 8kg x1, 10kg x1, 12kg x1), pull up bar, selection of heavy duty resistance bands.
Q: Can you train me in a local gym?
A: Yes, I can. However, you must check with the local gym if its okay to bring an outside personal trainer with you (they may have their own rules for this) and you must pay the cost of my entrance fee to the gym and any other fees that may be incurred.
Why do we need to a consult call?
To see if we will get along and compatible with each other, coaching is a two way process.
To stop people from signing up that may not be ready or committed to the process
I want to get the best results for you and having the initial contact allows us to do that and you can see how we work.
You have no obligation to sign up, but this is the best way to find if potential clients suit the coaching process.

Everything (within reason) is planned. There is no random planning.

There are TWO non-negotiable rules to the process...
1) You must send me your logs/trackers every week by Friday or on the predetermined day we have scheduled. No exceptions. Then after 48 hours you will have correspondence from me.
Tweaks and adjustments will most definitely be needed throughout the process. I need to do these as quickly as possible. One day missed can easily run into two days and three days. Time is precious.
This is not only for accountability, but to give me, your coach, the data that I need to keep giving you the right workouts and the right nutrition. Because without data, we're guessing.
2) No Emails from your Smartphone:
When we sit down at the computer we have to think, collect our thoughts/idea and form a response. You will learn more this way than quickly firing off an email via smartphone.
My goal is for you to learn during the 3 months so that you don't need me. I don't want repeat business. What a weird business model?
Honestly, I want you to become independent not dependent on me.
If you feel you can't follow these rules then, probably best not to apply.
