You might think its a bit pricey. Cheap does not always mean best value.
On initial application, we then set up a consultation call to see if we're a good fit.
Why do we need to a consult call?
To see if we will get along and compatible with each other, coaching is a two way process.
To stop people from signing up that may not be ready for online coaching due to lack of gym understanding, or perhaps to stop those that may not be committed to the process
We want to get the best results for you and having the initial contact allows us to do that and you can see how we work.
You have no obligation to sign up, but this is the best way to find if potential clients will suit us.

How Does the Process Work?
Everything (within reason) is planned. There is no random planning.
The Private Online Coaching is done through email...
> Application Process
> Movement Assessment
> Nutrition Assessment
> Exercise/Fitness Programming
> Weekly Logs
...all done through email and/or pre-recorded video calls.
No phone calls, no Skype.
When necessary, Email will allow both of us to be thorough with our correspondence and concise.
There are TWO non-negotiable rules to the Online Coaching process...
1) You must send me your logs/trackers every week by Friday or on the predetermined day we have scheduled. No exceptions. Then after 48 hours you will have correspondence from me.
Tweaks and adjustments will most definitely be needed throughout the process. I need to do these as quickly as possible. One day missed can easily run into two days and three days. Time is precious.
This is not only for accountability, but to give me, your coach, the data that I need to keep giving you the right workouts and the right nutrition. Because without data, we're guessing.
2) No Emails from your Smartphone:
When we sit down at the computer we have to think, collect are thoughts/idea and form a response. You will learn more this way than quickly firing off an email via smartphone.
My goal is for you to learn during the 3 months so that you don't need me. I don't want repeat business. What a weird business model?
Honestly, I want you to become independent not dependent on me.
If you feel you can't follow these rules then, probably best not to apply.
If you are successful in your application for coaching and during the process break any of the rules your coaching experience will end.
