Recipe: Squid Curry


Ingredients:

> Squid

> 1 Red Onion

> 3 Garlic Cloves

> 2 Green Chillies

> 4 Medium Tomatoes Chopped

> 1 Tbls Chopped Ginger

> 2 Tbls Tamarind

> Half Can Coconut Milk (not water), 2 Tablespoons

> Chopped coriander

Blend Mix:

> 3 Garlic Cloves

> 1 Red Chilli

> 1 Tbls Cumin Seeds

> 1 Tbls Coriander Seeds

> 1 Tsp Black Mustard Seeds

> 1 Tsp Ground Fenugreek

> 1 Tsp Tumeric

(Blend all this)

Then, add onion, garlic, green chilli, and ginger to your pan. Cook 5min. Add squid. Then add mix. Add tomatoes. Add coconut milk. Add tamarind. Cook for 5-10min.Add chopped coriander.

Serve & Enjoy
