Recipe: Stress Free Oat & Mixed Berries Breakfast

Ingredients:


> 1-2 Cupped Handful of Oats


> 1 Cupped Handful of Berries


> 1-2 Pinches Cinnamon


> 1 Tsp Flaxseed (Linseed)

 

Cook your oats. Then mix all the ingredients together.

 

Done. No messing about. Quick and handy.
