Q. Who is the 'T8 Online Transformation' course for?
A. If you have a minimum of five pounds, are overweight or obese then the group could be a good fit for you to kickstart your weight loss.
Q. Do I need to have a Facebook account to sign up to the group?
A. Yes, you need a Facebook account to join our private group as this is where I keep in contact with participants, post videos, tips & answer any questions you may have.
Q. Do I have to join a gym?
A. No. The T8 Online Transformation course comes with an 'At Home Workout' & access to 'How to Exercise Videos' in our Private Facebook Group.
Q. I have been known to binge eat in the past. Is the 'T8 Online Transformation' course a good fit for me?
A. If in the past, you have been known to binge eat or have an eating disorder then the group is not for you. You may be best seeking the help of a medical practitioner.
Q. Do I need any special equipment for the 'At-Home Workouts?'
A. Yes, I recommend that you purchase a set of resistance bands (Red x1, Black x1, Purple x1); Set of Kettlebells: 8kg x 1, 10kg x 1 & 12kg x 1, Rings/Suspension Trainer x 1, Pull-Up Bar (optional) at a cost of under <€120 if you do some shopping around.
Q. Do you provide specific meal plans?
A. Unfortunately, I don't as using meal plans are too restrictive & don't teach you about eating & learning how to manage your eating habits in a sustainable manner.
Q. How much weight can I expect to lose?
A. On average, you can expect to lose 0.5-1lb per week. Although this may vary from person to person. Some clients have lost 11+ pounds in 8 weeks & then an extra 1-2 after the course finished. Remember, weight loss is not linear; meaning just because you might lose 'X' amount one week does not mean you will lose the same every week.
Q. Is this a once-off programme, will I have to sign up again to continue my results?
A. While you will get amazing results in 8 weeks, hopefully you will have learned how to continue getting results on your own. However, if you need to sign-up again for continued support you will be very welcome to do so. Remember, on average someone can expect to lose 0.5-1lb per week. This is a conservative estimate, weight-loss may be higher depending upon the individual, size, sex, age, activity & programme adherence.
Q. Will I be in contact with the coach on a 1-2-1 basis through email or Skype?
A. No. All questions & queries will be submitted through the Private Facebook Group. There will be a set time frame where questions will be asked & answered by the coach.
